Returns

As a policy, we do not offer returns unless an incorrect or damaged item is delivered and reported within 7 days of delivery. The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags intact. 

Please note: Natural slubs, texture variations, and irregularities in linen are NOT considered defects. These are inherent characteristics of 100% pure linen and are a sign of the fabric’s authenticity. Over time, the fabric naturally softens and settles with wear and washing.

Exchanges

Standard sizes (S–XL) can be exchanged within 7 days.
Plus sizes (2XL–9XL) are not eligible for exchange.

Sale

Products purchased during the sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Refunds

In case of any refunds, the amount should be directly credited into the source account within 6 to 8 days after we've received garment and it's passed all the QC's.

Damaged Items & Cancellations

If your package arrives damaged, please record an unboxing video and contact us immediately. Do not accept the package if the seal is broken or appears tampered with.

Once an order is placed, cancellations are not possible.
